You will also learn the difference between a "law" and a "regulation" and "contract law."

If you have been served with a complaint or summons or citation, this course will teach you to do some preliminary research to determine whether or not you need a lawyer. If you do need a lawyer, the course will teach you which items are important to prove your case.
